Overall, for its age it is in really good condition.
All items are in the box.
Game tokens are unpunched. There is a row on one of the cards that has one side punched but not the other.
Please note that there is some yellowing of the cards due to age and storage.
The rubber band that was holding the cards together dry rotted and stuck to the cards. I was able to remove it, and it left a very light yellow mark.
There also is some box damage, see photos.
