It does say Demo Use Only! Mayfair Games Inc. This game was donated (probably by a game store who had it as a demo model but never opened it) to non profit store and I picked it up from there.
It IS the FULL GAME.
These games are given or sold at a discounted price to board game stores. The reason the games are given as demo only is because the store is supposed to open and display the game so the customers can see what they are purchasing. The game stores have made an agreement that they will not sell these games because they did not pay for them or they received a discounted price.
So it is common I guess if these games are not opened for game stores to donate them to a nonprofit store.
