The box has some shelf wear and minor cosmetic damage (see pictures) but is structurally sound. Game is complete and most of not all of the game record sheets are there in the pad.
Original owner, smoke free home, no odors. The rule book is clean except for one written notation (see the pic).
Feel free to ask any questions. I am a long time board gamer/war gamer, but this one just never made it to the table. So after several decades it's finally time to pass it on.
