Avalon Hill The Beat Inflation Investment Advisory Complete Game

I just had the pleasure (sadly) of being the first person to see the incredible game collection of a gentleman in NE PA.  He was a lifetime game player/collector. Unfortunately, he very recently passed away, leaving his wife to deal with several rooms in their house full of board games. I will be listing the games I purchased here on eBay over the next several weeks and months. He kept everything in amazing condition. Most games are complete and unplayed, some are sealed, and some have been carefully played. He went so far as to make his own pieces, cards, and/or counters, in some cases, to keep the game in pristine condition. I will do my best to describe the condition and note any issues on these rarer games.
Here is an Avalon Hill game. It is The Beat Inflation Investment Advisory strategy game.  The game is complete , near mint and unpunched in an excellent box.  It is dated 1975.
