It is complete with the board, all six pawns, One Balderdash pad of sheets, die, inner box with cards in it, box liner, box and instructions. The box has some shelf wear on the corners/edges and a little on the face. There is some denting on the front lower left corner area, all box corners are intact with no tears or tape. The cards and other contents look good.
