Bootleggers From Eagle Game

Wow!  Are there a ton of parts and cards to this game. We found this at an estate sale. My wife spent a long time counting up all the pieces and cards to be sure everything is there. Well, almost.  Everything is there except: there are six sets of different colored people/ figures. Each one is supposed to have 20 figures. The blue only has 19 tommy gun holding figures . All the rest have 20.  (I haven't played this game, but I can't imagine that this one figure matters, seriously.) Everything else is there, all the cards and everything else. The 1st picture shows the box top (sort of), and the rules and the "quick learn guide". The second picture is all the cards, money, and stuff. The 3rd picture is a ton of stuff: the six set of tommy gun guys, the trucks, wood cubes, 25 die/ dice, all other stuff. Other than that one blue guy, it's all there.
