This custom raised chess board is handcrafted with a removable playing board revealing a felt lined storage box for your chess pieces. The playing board is a hardwood with hand painted black squares with a gold boarder. This can be personalized to your design including felt color and adding any names to the boarders of the board. Each board is sanded smooth and treated with a mineral oil for protection. Felt pads are placed on the bottom of the storage board to protect your table.
