Dead Reckoning is a game of exploration, piracy, and influence based in a Caribbean-esque setting. Each player commands a ship and crew and seeks to amass the greatest fortune. They do this through pirating, trading, treasure hunting, and (importantly) capturing and maintaining control over the uninhabited but resource-rich islands of the region. During the game, you can:
• Customize your ship: Your ship is represented by a token on the board. The board starts mostly unexplored and will be revealed as you venture into uncharted waters. You also have a ship board where you load cargo and treasure, and you can customize the guns, speed, or holding space of your ship.
• Card-craft your crew: You have a small deck of cards that will drive your actions in the game, with each card representing one of your crew members. This deck functions like one in a deck-building game, but the cards in the deck are sleeved, and rather than add new crew cards to your deck, you improve the skill and abilities of your crew cards by placing transparent "advancement" cards in those sleeves. Aside from the transparent advancements, your crew will also "level up" naturally during the game using a new card-leveling mechanism not seen in other card-crafting games such as Mystic Vale.
• Control the region: The region is filled with many deserted islands. These islands are a major source of treasure, and players will battle for control of these islands.
• Battle via a dynamic cube-tower: You can battle other players' ships or NPC merchant ships, and these battles are resolved via a new take on what a cube tower can be, with crew cards and ship powers increasing your chances of victory.
• Uncover secrets of the sea: Expansions for Dead Reckoning use a "saga" system in which certain content remains hidden and is discovered and added to the game organically only via playing. Rather than add everything at once, you gradually add it by playing and discovering. Depending on luck and player choice, less or more new content may get added each game.

After year of the New Sea being the dominion of cutthroat pirates, and daring merchant adventurers, the empires of the old world have turned their gaze towards its waters.
Letters of Marque is the third Saga expansion for Dead Reckoning. It contains 2 distinct but interconnected sets of expansion content. The first is "Flags of the Old World", a non-saga based set of content that introduces 2 empire boards, new resources called "Prime Cargo", new ship upgrades and a new "Explorer" card for each player's deck. The second is a new Saga, which, like to prior Saga expansions, contains encounters, mysteries, cards and content all to be organically while playing the game.

We ship 99% of the time within 24 hours. In many cases we allow free local pickups. However, other than a boardgaming store, we do not have physical stores, but rather work with 3rd party fulfillment centers, that do allow pickups for statues. If you are in the Central Florida region we can arrange for you to pick up boardgames locally.
Payment
When you buy an item from us, payment is due immediately. Ebay does not allow for 'payment plans' or 'split payments' (yet)
That said, we can wait a few days if that helps, but more than 3-4 days is not possible.
If you are looking for credit the only option right now that I am aware of is a payment plan offered by Paypal (depending on your credit also) or your credit card itself.
Shipping
We pride ourselves on our fast shipping times, usually 24 hours (1 working day) after you place your order. Tracking is updated in your ebay purchase order automatically, so you can follow your item on its journey to you. If you do not see movement of your item within 2 days please let us know right away and we'll investigate.
Domestically we use USPS, UPS or Fedex at our discretion. USPS is a Priority Service and Fedex and UPS are normally Ground services, although you can opt to upgrade those to Priority or Express services. To see the shipping cost to your location click on 'see details' in the listing.
If you have a PO Box, you can only use USPS. UPS and Fedex do not deliver to PO Boxes. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Ebay currently uses the ebay International shipping program (eIs) but a lot of the statues are excluded from the program due to the size of the boxes. In many cases I can still ship them with UPS but the cost of shipping has to be determined on an individual basis. Each statue and each country are different. If you are trying to purchase an item and your country is not on the shipping list, send me an email and I can calculate it for you. As an alternative to this what seems to work for a lot of international buyers is the use of a freight forwarder, such as Planet Express, Parcel Monkey, Aramex or MyUS. There are many such companies in the USA. We would ship to the local drop point (domestic) of your freight forwarder and they would handle the international part of it. Depending on the item you can choose a drop point close to our warehouse in Long Beach, CA (zip 90805), Houton, TX (zip 77054) or Clermont, FL (zip 34711). In those cases, the domestic cost of the shipment would be very low. Also, you can clear the item through customs yourself. Go to 'My eBay' and then click on 'Purchase History' and each item will list a tracking number which if you click it will show the latest known status. Can I change my address after I placed the order? Because of ebay regulalations I can only ship it to the address you used during check out. If that is not a good address I will have to cancel the transaction and refund the money and you will have to repurchase the item again and use the correct address this time. I am not home when Fedex/UPS normally delivers the items. Can you change the address or redirect it to a Fedex store? The Fedex/UPS account I use belongs to Ebay so I cannot change anything relating to the shipments. After 3 failed delivery attempts Fedex/UPS will hold the item in its local hub for up to 10 days before returning it. You can call the local hub and make arrangements to pick up the item during that period. Do you offer combined shipping on multiple items? Yes we do combine shipping. Just add all items to your cart and click 'Request Total from Seller' and "Comnmit to Buy". This does not always work on the ebay mobile app. In case it does not work there, please try it on a pc. After I receive the request I will send an invoice with the total combined shipping charges. Then you can pay. If you do not like the deal I will cancel it without a problem.
