This is not a 3D reproduction. These are original parts, still attached to their plastic holder. Don't think the American version came with the pieces still attached for the consumer to break apart, but the Italian version did. These pieces came inside an Italian set, found in a warehouse in 2015. It used to contain the 2 bridges as well.
You get the Vulkar and the 4 tokens for the jewel.
