Game is complete except I’m missing 2 pawns so you’ll have to come up with something for that and you’ll need more crayons if you use them. All the money and cards are complete. I have the correct number of load tokens but for some reason I ended up having one extra ALE toke and missing one FUR token. Still comes up to the total your supposed to have. Board is in excellent shape and the box is in good shape as well with just some wear on the bottom from sitting on the shelf. Please see pictures and let me know if you have any questions.
