Lockheed Martin The Ethics Challenge Featuring Dilbert & Dogbert Board Game 1998 NOT SOLD IN STORES! This is a RARE Dilbert "The Ethics Challenge" board game published by Lockheed Martin. Designed as an in-house ethics awareness training module for Lockheed Martin's 190,000 employees, the game was developed in 1997 by the Lockheed Martin Ethics Awareness Training Development Task Force in cooperation with United Featured Syndicate. The game uses a game board, character figures based on the Dilbert comic strip and a team guidebook. The Ethics CA game leader oversees play, and a video featuring Norm Augustine, Lockheed Martin's CEO, provides orientation. Each team is represented by a cartoon character (Dilbert, Wally, Ratbert, Catbert, The Boss, or Alice) who tours the "office" game board and collects tokens based on the team's response to a short scenario, chosen at random by the game leader, from 50 field-tested possibilities. Scenarios focus on workplace situations that reflect the ethical values detailed in Lockheed Martin's corporate code of ethics - honesty, integrity, respect, trust, responsibility, and citizenship - with 35 subcategories such as performance management, conflict of interest, use of company assets, gift-giving, and bribery. Game includes: 5 team guides, 1 leader's guide,12 Dilbert character pawns with stands, a letter from Lockheed Marti n, game board, grid, 6 laminated team sheets, VCR tape, 6 answer sheet pads, 25 coffee break cards, 50 confidential case file cards, and laminated tokens. This game has been opened, but appears to have been unused as the tokens and figures are “unpunched”. One of the original 6 team guides is missing. Otherwise, the game appears complete and unused. The box has some slight damage, and the game board has a dinged corner. Otherwise like new. Please see photos for condition detail. Smoke Free, Pet Free Home
