Lords Of Waterdeep Board Game

Up for sell is a 2012 like new copy of the Lords of Waterdeep by Wizards of the Coast.  The game is in excellent condition having only been played a few times over the past decade. I'm including two double-sided and laminated reference guides that I printed off of BoradGameGeek.com to facilitate gameplay (see last two photos): Rules Reference Summary Set Up and Sequence of Play Reference I love to play board games and take care of my collection.  Photos show the actual copy you will receive, these are not "stock" images.  Note the outer box is also in excellent condition with sharp corners and little if any shelf wear.
