Nexus Ops Board Game

For sale is a double board game bundle sale composed of the Avalon Hill version of Nexus Ops (2005). I have played Nexus Ops with a friend where we combined our two copies and played a larger, longer, but quite enjoyable 2 player game. I have included some simple diagrams for board setups we used. Both games are no longer in shrink. The first game has all card decks and components in original, sealed, packaging with cardboard components in original sprues. The second game is missing one secret mission card but does have 4 extra mission cards above the original 22. All miniatures are accounted for as well as all cardboard components. I have tried my best to include quality photos of this item for your inspection and evaluation of condition. Photos from this sale are of the actual item you will receive. From the publisher and board game geek website; Nexus Ops ‐ English first edition (2005) Nexus Ops is a light-medium science fiction war game. The game boasts a hexagonal board that is set up differently every time, as well as (in the Avalon Hill edition) cool "glow" miniatures and lots of combat. Players control competing futuristic corporations that battle each other for control of the moon's Rubium Ore. By winning battles and fulfilling Secret Missions, you can obtain victory points. Units are composed of various alien races and have stats similar to those used in the Axis & Allies series. Combat is also similar. Players who lose battles are compensated with Energize cards which grant them special powers later. Players can also obtain Energize cards by controlling the Monolith, a raised structure in the center of the grid. The first person to reach the required number of victory points wins the game.
