After doing inventory I believe there is only 3 of the die missing however these can be added from any set of 6-sided die.
There are:
-44 faction cards which is the amount the manual says there should be: 16 FLOOD card, 14 UNSC cards, 14 Covenant cards
-24 campaign cards (8 of each). Manual says there should be 22 cards which means there are 2 extras
-All mobile teleporter buttons
-All factions, heroes, and bases
-2 out of 5 of the dice are included
-both game boards
-rule book
