We guarantee the item will arrive in working condition.

The item is guaranteed against damage and loss in-transit.

We will replace any lost or damaged item within 7-days of arrival.

Smaller items (under 16oz) may ship in padded mailers to save you on postage quotes. If you wish to receive a mint condition item, please select Priority shipping. Once the item is played with, used, or the box opened; returns will not be allowed. We accept returns for refund within 30-days of arrival, but shipping is non-refundable both ways and there is a 20% restocking fee. The item must be returned in new, sealed, unplayed-with condition. These return costs add up quickly, and it would not be fair to other customers to have to charge them more because you felt you should get a full refund at our/their cost.  These costs then have to be passed on to other buyers. Stock images may be used as auction images. If a new item is returned used, your return will abide by Pricetronic's return policy on that issue.
