Shadowrift 2nd Edition Deluxe Core Board Card Game

For sale is the deluxe version of the Shadow Rift / Shadowrift core card game in near mint condition. This copy appears to be signed by the game's creator, Jeremy Anderson.
Everything in the base set is in great shape aside from a few small marks on the core box. I made sure all cards were accounted for and then organized them with the dividers so buyers can play right away without having to do too much sorting. The original owner opened about half of the cards so I went ahead and opened the rest to make sure everything was there. Because a bunch of the cards were sealed and the cardboard pieces are still unpunched, I can safely say the game is unplayed condition. PLEASE NOTE:
I am pretty sure this is the deluxe version of the game because it comes with the game board; It does not come with the metal coins add-on, though ALSO NOTE:
I can't verify the authenticity of the signature on the box as I am not the original owner. I also couldn't find another example to compare it with
