I really thought it was a lot of fun, but I only ever got to play a few times back in the 70s.  Also, as an added bonus, it includes my hand-written (by me, at age 15) and then mimeographed (!) score sheets.  I truly do believe that everything is present, but I can't 100% guarantee it after all this time...
