I would consider this 99% Complete!
It is only missing one bonus tile card.
The card missing is "end of game" tile.
All other cards parts and instructions are included.
When you are the 1st person to complete all the tasks in the game you would earn the end of game tile! And if there is a points counting tie the person with this end of game tile would win. So it would be very easy to play this game 100% without this part. Just remember the player who completed the tasks first! Or use a coin in place of the missing tile piece for that player, or button or whatever you want.
All parts and cards are in great like new condition and the box shows some slight wear at the edges.
