Vintage 1970/1971 Milton Bradley Which Witch? Board Game

For your consideration is a Vintage 1970 Milton Bradley Which Witch? Board Game 4012 RARE.
The game is incomplete and is missing the mice, the blue boy token, the small cross piece for the floor board brace, and the wall piece from the Bat’s Ballroom. I am not sure that the die is original. All other pieces have been accounted for. The cardboard house sections do have some wear to the corners where they fit into the brackets. One section has been torn and taped. The section of the wall with the clock is weak from bending and will eventually separate. The board is markably clean with good graphics. All 32 cards are present, but do show some wear. Two of the corners of the lid are split on one side. The box lid is also clean with nice graphics and some slight edge wear.
