This is a Howdy Doody's 3-Ring Circus: a Wiry Dan Electric Game ©Harett-Gilmar, Inc., #650.  Box is good.  Has a break on lid, bottom right, some rubs, enlarge to view overall condition. Measures 8-1/2" x 13-1/2". The clowns red nose has lost some of its paint.  The arrow spinner has some rust. No battery, so it cannot work.
