X From Outer Space Board Game

X from Outer Space (1985) Complete game. Cards and pieces are in excellent condition. Game board has tape going down middle, the fabric which holds cardboard together is not broken, cardboard itself came apart and someone taped back to ensure game board fabric did not rip - see photos. Outer box is somewhat beaten up.  Tears in three of four corners of inner box, one tear on left side of corner of box - see photos. Outer box appears somewhat beaten up. Tears in three of for corners of inner box, one tear on left side of corner of box - see photos.
